Are all three products included in one subscription?
Yes. Every plan includes Dutify Cloud, Codexum, and Roadmarq. You pay per user, with one bill and a shared storage pool. Each plan has its own feature and usage limits.
Can I start with just one product?
Yes. Start with projects, docs, or feedback. The other products are already included in your account whenever you need them.
What do the products share?
The same account, login, subscription, member list, and permissions model. One scoped API key can work across all three. Each product keeps its own structure for projects, knowledge, or feedback; tasks and pages are not automatically copied between products.
Can I use Dutify without AI?
Absolutely. Your team can plan projects, write docs, collect feedback, and publish updates directly in the products. Connecting an AI tool is optional.
How do my AI tools connect?
Connect an MCP-compatible tool, such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor, using a scoped Dutify key. It can search, read, create, and update the resources that key is allowed to access. Agent members do not use paid human seats; API-key limits depend on your plan.
What can I make public?
Publish selected Codexum spaces as a docs site or help center on Business and above. Roadmarq public feedback boards are available on Free. You choose what is shared; the rest stays private.
Can I bring my existing work?
Dutify Cloud supports imports from ClickUp, Jira, and files. Codexum imports Word, Markdown, JSON, and ZIP, and exports to common document formats. Start with the product you are moving into for its available migration options.
Is Dutify Hub included?
Dutify Hub is a separate product for AI assistance and meeting notes. This suite subscription covers Dutify Cloud, Codexum, and Roadmarq. You can connect your own AI tools to the suite.
